40-Day Policy
Qualifying recipient mares remain at Apex through 40 days pregnant at no additional cost, subject to program terms.

Live Foal Guarantee
An optional program that provides credits for qualifying losses according to the guarantee terms.

Reservation Carryover
When Apex transfers an embryo but does not provide a pregnant recipient during the contract year, qualifying reservation fees may carry forward under applicable terms.
