- 40-Day PolicyQualifying recipient mares remain at Apex through 40 days pregnant at no additional cost, subject to program terms.
- Live Foal GuaranteeAn optional program that provides credits for qualifying losses according to the guarantee terms.
- Reservation CarryoverWhen Apex transfers an embryo but does not provide a pregnant recipient during the contract year, qualifying reservation fees may carry forward under applicable terms.
